I wanted something that truly refreshes – not sweet, but not as plain as water either. I couldn’t find it.

What does SanChill taste like?
Like a cold lemonade, just without the sweetness: sour, fizzy and with a slightly salty finish. The first sip surprises you, the second one makes sense.
When and where can I buy it?
From spring 2027 in Zurich: at selected shops, cafés, restaurants and other partners – or directly from me for your occasion. Everyone on the launch list will hear first.
Is SanChill sweet?
No – and that’s the whole idea: salty-sour instead of sweet. The plan is a short recipe with sparkling water, lemon and a pinch of salt. I’ll publish the exact ingredients and nutritional values as soon as the recipe is finalised with the producer.
Why a small glass bottle?
Glass doesn’t affect the taste and keeps the fizz. At 20 cl, the bottle chills quickly and is finished while it’s still ice-cold. Once empty, it goes in the glass recycling.
